Very simple as well since you get a transaction receipt with your purchase and an easy procedure to pay!
And if you already have Free Land with us, it's as simple as a flick of the switch to turn your Free land into a Paid Land.
Simple rules to owning Paid Land in GCG

1. 15,000 prims for $5.00US a month
2. You can own as many as you like.
3. Your land can be parceled off for friends and rentals.
4. You have full rights to everything.
5. Your region can be Commercial or Residential.
6. You must be/stay in our Land Owners Group to own Land.
7. Only GCG members are allowed to own Land in GCG.
8. No advertising for other Grids.
9. No spamming objects or other high lag scripted items are allowed.
10. NO LISTENER or SENSOR devises that cause excessive lag are permitted.
11. If you are planning on terminating your lease in advance, please be courteous and inform the owner.
12. There are no refunds for rental time not used.
